Notice of Head Office Relocation Due to Continued Remote Work
Epistra, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ozawa) has relocated its head office in conjunction with the implementation of company-wide remote work.
As a COVID-19 countermeasure, we introduced company-wide remote work starting in late March. Prioritizing employee safety, we will continue operating under a remote-first work structure. This relocation involves closing the current office and establishing an environment suited for remote work. This transition enables location-independent hiring, strengthening our organizational capabilities.
During the transition period, staff will work in an office-less setup from their homes or preferred locations. However, we also recognize the cultural importance of a physical office and will consider establishing a space where employees can gather, depending on the future infection situation.
New Address
- Relocation date: October 1, 2020
- Address: 2-2-15 Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0013
- Phone: 03-6435-7714 (main number remains unchanged)
